Hydronic Radiant Systems

PEX tubingHeatLink® hydronic radiant systems are based on circulating warm or cool water through loops of tubing. The most common applications for radiant systems are: floor warming, floor heating, radiant cooling, snow melting, and frost protection. There are multiple installation methods available depending on the building construction or application.

Mechanical Room in a Box

Mechanical Room in a Box Logo Making the Complex Simple

HeatLink has found a way to make the complex more simple.  With the Mechanical Room in a Box, some of the most common components of a radiant hydronic installation (mainly the wiring, pumps, and mixing valves), are installed on a panel with a plug, and boxed with a steel cover.  This pre-wired, pre-fabricated, pre-engineered box is a time and money saving way to add control and consistency to an installation. Plug it in, and presto…you’ve got play!

Potable Water System

Plumbing made simpler

The HeatLink® Potable Water System features PureLink® PEX-a tubing, the EasyFit™ manifold system, and stainless steel press sleeve connection technology.

The unique HeatLink® PEX-a process is based on a method developed during the 1970’s and uses organic peroxide to chemically cross-link the polyethylene during the manufacturing process. The PEX-a process produces a higher degree and greater uniformity in crosslinking, resulting product with significantly improved material properties with respect to temperature, pressure, strength and chemical resistance.

Press sleeve technology has been used for decades worldwide in plumbing systems, and has also been used extensively for pneumatic and hydraulic applications.
